Happy Belated New Year!

Got distracted with all the New Year's stuff and forgot to post pictures from my New Year's Eve celebration. I was invited over to a friend and client's house for a homemade pizza party and man was it great food, fun & friends!

My friends are quite accomplished cooks and they love to entertain....and they have the house/kitchen to do so. They hand-made the dough roughly 72 hours before the event so it had time to rise and do whatever it is that pizza dough does to become delicious:)

They then set out about 20 different toppings so we could each make our own pizza. We rolled out our dough, put the toppings on the pizza and then it was cooked in the oven. To say it was delicious was an understatement AND there were about 6 pizzas out on the counter at any one time for everyone to share. It was an amazing time and a great way to spend NYE!

My contribution to the evening was store bought dessert - as seen above:)
