September 2026 Running Update

I've been lax in updating my running over the last few months. I finished up September with 88 miles and August had 112 miles. I ended up running 200 miles over the prior two months which I'm pretty stoked about.

That gives me a total of 830 miles run year to date - about 92 miles per month average.

October has been a tough month as I've been nursing an inner-ear canal compaction which has affected my equilibrium and balance, so very little running has happened this month:( I think I'm almost through it and hope to have my first run in several weeks later on this week.

On the positive side, I've completed my registrations for the 3 big races in Baton Rouge in early 2027 - the Louisiana Marathon Quarter Marathon, the RunMambo 10K and the OLOL/Tiger Stadium 10K
