Woodshire Village Subdivision is located directly off of O'Neal Ln, south of S Harrell's Ferry Rd. This subdivision is comprised of all multi-family unit properties - primarily duplexes and four plexes. It's a good location providing easy access to I-12 and Coursey Avenue, but the neighborhood itself has had some challenges over the years.


Because nearly every property is investor owned in Woodshire Village Subdivision, you have properties in varying states of upkeep and habitability. Because of how uneven the properties are maintained, average rents have not increased with time like many other areas of Baton Rouge.
