Wedgewood Subdivision is a desired, centrally located & affordable subdivision located just off of I-12 and Millerville Rd. This subdivision sits just south of I-12 and is bounded by Millerville to the west and S Harrell's Ferry to the S.

Most of the homes in Wedgewood were originally built in/around the 1980's and a number of these homes have been renovated and updated to meet current buyer wants. The lots are nicely sized and allow for pools which many of these homes have. Nearly all the homes are bricked on all four sides and have rear access enclosed garages. This is a nice amenity and allows for the installation of a security driveway gate for added safety.

The picture above is a home that I sold. This purchase was a bit complicated but it all worked out in the end. My buyers needed to sell their existing home in order to fund the purchase of this home. We were fortunate that the seller of this home agreed to accept our contingent offer. Ultimately we were able to get my client's original home sold and this home purchased in about 6 weeks and right on time!
