Tiger Pointe is a new build, one street subdivision built by DR Horton in 2022. The subdivision is located directly off of Tiger Bend Rd which allows for convenient access to Airline Hwy, Jefferson Hwy & Coursey Blvd.

Tiger Pointe is comprised of primarily 1 story homes like the one pictured above, but there are several two story homes that Horton did construct during their initial construction phase. Horton did a good job with this subdivision and the quality of their builds. My clients were very happy with the results of their home inspection and how little was found for DR Horton to correct prior to our closing.
