January 2026 Running Update

January 2026 is in the books and I clocked 100 miles for the month!

January weather can be quite unpredictable and not conducive to running, but it generally cooperated up until the last week or so. I ran in a Quarter Marathon and a 10K this month and my last competitive race for the year isn't until mid-April.
