St Joseph's Academy Soiree - October 2025, Baton Rouge 70808

St Joseph's Academy is one of the finest private schools in all of Baton Rouge. It is an all-girl Catholic School located in Mid-City Baton Rouge 70808. I recently had the pleasure of attending their premier annual fundraising event - the Soiree. It is a night of fun, dancing, live and silent auction bidding and great food and drink. This year set a record for funds raised at the Soiree - funds that are used to help fund the academic excellence at SJA.

SJA has won numerous national awards in recognition of their teaching excellence and SJA's teams nearly always generate top level performances at the state competition level for both academics and athletics.

SJA is located in Mid-City Baton Rouge, just a couple of blocks away from Catholic High School. Because of the school's location and general excellence, it remains a huge draw for young ladies from all across Baton Rouge. The campus is meticulously maintained and provides huge property value support for the entire neighborhood.

It is not unusual for a family to purchase into the general neighborhood several years prior to their daughters attending SJA, live in the house for the duration of their family's schooling needs and then exit the neighborhood - potentially selling to another SJA family!
