Lunch at Chow Yum - 70808, January 2026!

Had a great lunch at Chow Yum earlier this week! Chow Yum is a popular, but underrated restaurant located in the Overpass area of Mid-City Baton Rouge in 70808.
It's tucked away just off of Perkins Rd and I forget it's there - which is a mistake as the food is just tremendous. All the dishes are hand crafted and they have a very flavorful menu - with an item or 2 for everyone's taste.
Lunch service was packed by the time we were finished up and it was a random Wednesday that we were in there. I promise it won't be so long before I'm back in there for lunch. If you haven't eaten at Chow Yum, you need to get down there...its fantastic!
