Fairwood Estates is an ideally located subdivision tucked in between Millerville Rd, Old Hammond and I-12 on the south. It is a quiet neighborhood full of garden type homes that were generally built in the 1980's. The homes tend to range from 1400 sf - 2200 sf and the sales prices can range from ~$200,000 - $350,000.
You really can't beat the location of Fairwood Estates - with easy access to I-12, Target, Lowes & Old Hammond Hwy.
This is a home that I sold located in Fairwood Estates Subdivision. My clients were purchasing a new home to live in and needed to sell this home in order to fund the purchase of their new home. We got this home listed and then found them their new home which we put under contract and we ended up closing on the sale of this home and the purchase of their home back to back on the same day.
