Orion Engineers + Constructors has elected to move their corporate headquarters from Alabama to Baton Rouge! This is an important and visible win for the Baton Rouge economy and a very public endorsement of the economic climate of our city.

The company already has a facility in South Baton Rouge - 70810, currently employing 45 workers. This relocation is expected to add 50 brand new, high paying jobs to the Baton Rouge economy with an average salary of $100,000 per job. This will bring Orion's total employment up to almost 100 workers and the Baton Rouge Chamber believes that the construction of their new headquarters will generate another 60 indirect jobs. All in, the company is expected to spend around $5,000,000 to fully facilitate and build-out their move to Baton Rouge.
