Woodridge Subdivision is a quite sought after subdivision located in the southern portion of East Baton Rouge Parish. The subdivision is roughly bounded by Pecue Ln to the N, Airline Hwy to the E and Perkins Ln to the W.
The homes in Woodridge are generally all brick, on slab and in the 2,200 - 3,200 square foot range and were generally built in the early 2000's with prices generally ranging between $400,000 - $600,000. Because of the location of this subdivision, the quality of construction/finish-out of the houses and its relatively easy access to I-10, Perkins & Airline Hwy, homes typically don't stay on the market for very long.
As the complete renovation and expansion of Pecue Ln is finally coming to an end, the desirability of Woodridge should only increase further.
