Westminster Place Subdivision is a popular subdivision that benefits from a superior, central location in Baton Rouge 70809. Westminster Place is bounded to the north by Jefferson Hwy and the main access road into the subdivision is from Drusilla Ln!
This location provides easy access to I-12, Airline Hwy from Jefferson Hwy and I-10 through close proximity to Essen Ln. One of the most popular attractions to living in this subdivision is Westminster Elementary School which is located right on Drusilla and is within walking distance for all the homes located in the subdivision.
Most of the homes in Westminster Place were built in the early 1970's and I'd estimate that probably 75% of the homes have been mostly or fully updated to reflect today's amenities. You'll still run across some very original homes, but there are fewer and fewer of them left at this point. Most of the homes will range in size from 1,800 sf - 2,600 living sf, though there are a handful of homes that are even larger. Typically we'll see homes values ranging between $300,000 - $450,000. There is really some great value in this subdivision especially taking into account its very central location.
