Villas at Goodwood Subdivision is a new construction subdivision located at the intersection of Lobell & Goodwood - 70806! This subdivision is right across the street from the Goodwood Library and just up the street from Towne Center.
The lots are pretty small, but the construction quality on these home is really quite nice & modern. The homes generally range in the 2,000 - 2,500 living square feet size and home values tend to be in the $475,000 - $525,000 range.
I think one of the biggest selling points of Villas at Goodwood is its very central location and reasonably priced newish construction homes. So many of the new construction homes in/around the Goodwood & Lobdell areas start at $1,000,000 and quickly head north!
