The Edmonds is a very well established, sought after subdivision located in the Watson area of Denham Springs and in the northern part of Livingston Parish. It's located just east of LA HWY 16 from LA HWY 1019 (Springfield Rd).

This subdivision features lots of at least 1 acre with relatively large homes constructed on all the lots. It's a quiet neighborhood with only one way in or out and homes - so long as they are priced reasonably - typically don't stay on the market very long. This subdivision feeds into Live Oak Schools and has easy access to grocery stores, schools, restaurants, recreational parks, etc. Typically homes will list/sell in the $450,000 - $650,000 range in The Edmonds.

The picture above is a home that I sold. My buyer client had been looking for about a year before we found just the right home for his family. This particular home features a pool and a secondary rear garage/workshop in addition to being located at the end of its street. The house was in need of some work/updating and we were able to negotiate a sales price that allowed for all that work to be completed.
