Swart Subdivision is one of the oldest subdivisions in all of Baton Rouge located primarily between I-10 to the north and Terrace Ave to the south in 70802!
Most of the homes were originally built between 1930 - 1950. There are a few newer homes, but many of the homes are original and in varying states of condition along with a number of vacant lots. The home pictured was originally built by the family of my client. This particular house was handcrafted and was in remarkably good shape considering its age. The house ended up being sold to an investor who housed his child there while they were going to college.
