Santa Maria Subdivision is a sprawling, highly sought after subdivision located at the far southern tip of East Baton Rouge Parish right on the subdivision line with Ascension Parish. If you love golf course living, this is the subdivision for you! You access Santa Maria Subdivision via Perkins Rd South of Highland Rd. This part of Perkins Rd is the original 2 lane road, but lined with large, beautiful homes. The very southern part of the subdivision is bounded by Manchac Bayou which forms the border between the 2 parishes.
