Here's a look back at a primarily new construction subdivision in the heart of Baton Rouge, LA - Rouzan TND. It is a high-end development consisting of detached single family homes, an upscale apartment complex, commercial properties (including a grocery store) at the front of the subdivision and homeowner amenities such as a pool and play area.

Most of the homes have a unique, New Orleans style architecture and the entire neighborhood is walkable and very family friendly.

As you can see, there was lots of real estate activity during the last year with 51 homes sold (median sales price of $600,000). At the time of publishing, there are 18 homes for sale and 4 homes that are pending. Other very interesting fact to me is that of the 51 homes sold fully 24 of them were purchased with cash!
