Rouzan TND is a new, mixed-use development located squarely in the middle of Baton Rouge! This development was originally a family farm many years ago, but you certainly wouldn't know that looking at it today! Rouzan TND is sited just west of Perkins and south of College Dr. It is bounded on the south by Pollard Estates.
As the subdivision has been developed over the years, several different components have been added to make this truly a work, live & play area. The homes are all zero-lot line homes and range in price from $600,000 - $1,500,000 with most of the homes being less than 3 years old. There's a beautiful pool & clubhouse area built for use by the Rouzan TND homeowners.
A new public library has just opened in the subdivision along with a luxury apartment building. A new bank and other related retail businesses have opened as well. There are several as-yet undeveloped commercial parcels on the outskirts off the subdivision so we'll see what additional types of businesses ultimately end up locating there.
