Quail Hollow Townhomes are located on the south side of Siegen Ln between Perkins Rd & Highland Rd. This is a townhome community of multiple townhomes that were all built in the early 1980's.

As a general rule, the homes are well kept and this is a great starter home for first time home buyers or a rental property for investors. Nearly all the units are 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with the bedrooms being upstairs and the downstairs comprising the public living space. Sales prices typically run in the $160,000 - $200,000 range for the development.

This townhome community is structured a bit differently than most in that the HOA maintains an exterior insurance policy for all the units. You would typically see this in a condominium complex, but it can exist in a townhome development as well. The individual owners are responsible for their roofs, but the HOA insurance policy takes care of damage/repairs of the rest of the exterior. Typically an owner will maintain a separate interior insurance policy to cover rebuilds of anything on the interior of the unit.
