Pine Bluff Estates Subdivision is located in Denham Springs 70726 about a mile north of downtown Denham. You access the subdivision directly from LA HWY 16 and wind down an old road until you hit the subdivision. The original part of the subdivision was built in/around 2000 and was comprised solely of approximately 1300 sf raised, Acadian style cottages. Several years ago an investor purchased the remaining undeveloped lots at the rear of the subdivision and placed brand new manufactured housing units on each of the lots and created a rental community.
The cottages that do come up for sale in Pine Bluff Estates tend to be priced in the $150,000 or so range while the manufactured housing units are not for sale.
Pine Bluff Estates is set far enough off of LA HWY 16 that you really feel like you are out in the country, but in reality you are only a short drive get back to HWY 16 and then have access to all the shopping, retail and restaurants located in Denham Springs. The home pictured above was a rental property for one of my investor clients. I was his agent when the home was purchased and then when he was re-aligning his investment portfolio I was his listing agent to get the home sold.
