Oak Pointe Subdivision is a small, new subdivision located just off of Tiger Bend and east of Jones Creek in 70817!

Oak Pointe consists of garden style, zero lot line newish construction homes where construction began in 2017. Most of the homes are around 5-6 years old and are built by a number of different home builders. I have found that the homes are of generally higher quality builds and have a custom home type feel.

In general, the homes range in size from 1,700 - 2,000 living sf with values ranging between $340,000 - $380,000.
