Northside Village Subdivision is located in Denham Springs 70726 - just off of Cockerham Rd. This subdivision is very centrally located with easy access to/from LA HWY 16 (Range Ave), Lockhart Rd & Cockerham. As an added bonus, Northside Village is within walking distance to Freshwater Elementary

Most of the homes in Northside Village were built in the early 1980's, and tend to be in the 1200 sf - 2800 sf range. Nearly all the homes have 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, but some of them only have 1 full bathroom and a 1/2 bathroom as they were originally built. This entire subdivision flooded in the August 2016 flood, so essentially all the homes have been renovated and updated as a result.

The picture above is a home that I sold. This home was an investor purchase and flip and a successful one! It originally was a HUD foreclosure that my client purchased with cash. The previous owner had begun renovation/updating work on the house, but did not finish and the house went into foreclosure. After the purchase, my client significantly renovated the home including turning the 1/2 bathroom into a full bathrooms which really helped the re-sale price. Ultimately the house was purchased by a first time home buyer using a Rural Development loan.
