New Rental Listing - Condo Listed for my investor client in Denham Springs - 70726!

I typically do not handle any type of property management duties. There are property management companies that specifically focus on these tasks/duties and are staffed appropriately to handle them. However, I have worked with a family for about 12 years and have a deep personal and professional relationship with them - so I assist them from time to time with renting out individual units in their investment portfolio.
I was their buying agent representative for all these properties and historically they handled all aspects of renting and managing their investment properties post purchase. Several years back the family asked if I could handle the 'front end' of the leasing process for them - taking pictures, listing the individual properties, handling all showings and routing lease paperwork electronically for all parties to sign once they approved the tenant.
I've just listed an upstairs, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo in Hidden Oaks Condominiums located in Denham Springs, just off of LA HWY 16 (north of Lockhart). This unit will rent for $1,000/month with a $1,000 security deposit required as part of the lease.
