Morgan Place West Subdivision is a sought after subdivision located in the northern part of East Baton Rouge Parish. It has a Baton Rouge postal address, but is located in the Central Community school district which makes it very desirable. Morgan Place West is located just northwest of the intersection of Hooper Rd & Joor Rd.
Most of the homes were built in/around 1990's, but you will run across some homes built in the early 2000's. Homes in Morgan Place West typically range from 1,600 living sf - 2,200 sf and sales prices can range from $250,000 - $350,000
The homes are almost uniformly well kept and updated which helps to drive sales prices and value for the entire subdivision. Morgan Place West decorates for Halloween and Christmas and is a destination for people to drive through the neighborhood to look at the decorations.
