Monticello Subdivision is a very popular subdivision located in the northern part of Baton Rouge. It is generally accessible from Sherwood Forest and Greenwell Springs Rd

Monticello is a large subdivision with several hundred homes and many of which have now been updated and renovated to better fit today's buyers. The neighborhood is known for decorating for Christmas and Halloween!
