Magellan Place Subdivision is a super centrally located, reasonably priced subdivision in Baton Rouge - 70816!
Magellan Place is tucked in north of Coursey, south of I-12 and east of Airline Hwy. This location provides quick and easy access to I-12, Airline Hwy and all the retail located in/around Coursey Blvd and Bluebonnet.
Most of the homes were built in the 1970's. Some have been updated and others haven't which can provide a great investor/flipping opportunity if it arises.
