May 2023 real estate sales numbers are in and they show a growth in both unit sales and total sales volume from April 2023!

There were 955 total property sales in our area in May representing approximately $275,000,000 in closed sales volume. This includes single & multi-family homes, commercial properties and raw land in the following parishes:

- East Baton Rouge

- West Baton Rouge

- Livingston

- Ascencion

- East Feliciana

- West Feliciana

- Pointe Coupee

- Iberville

Despite continuing interest rate and inventory challenges in our area, real estate properties are continuing to list and sell.
