The State of Louisiana has announced a huge, record year of investment and job creation!
In 2025, LED has announced over $61 Billion Dollars in new, capital investment projects that are projected to create around 9,300 direct, new jobs. In addition, these new jobs are estimated to average an annual pay of $91,000 which is around $30,000 above the current state average!
While these new capital projects are spread around the state, the Greater Baton Rouge Region is poised to reap more benefits than other regions due primarily to the development projects in/around the Mississisppi River. Our state is on an upswing and the benefits of these new projects and jobs will further strengthen our economic future.
