Kensington Estates Subdivision is a highly sought after, upscale subdivision located in the new City of St George in the southern portion of East Baton Rouge Parish. Kensington Estates is accessed from Perkins Rd and is located south of Siegen and north of Pecue Lane.

Most of the homes in this subdivision were built in the mid-late 1990's and early 2000's. The homes generally range in size from 2,500 living sf up over 4,500 living sf. Sales prices can range from $450,000 up to almost $1,000,000.

The homes tend to be custom homes built by a wide range of builders when the subdivision was originally developed. While this subdivision is not gated, it feels very secluded and private. With the new Pecue Ln interchange finally nearing completion, Kensington Estates will offer super quick access to/from I-10 with additional easy access to Siegen Ln, Perkins Rd & Highland Rd.
