Investment Property Listed & Sold - Denham Springs , LA!

My sellers just completed the sale of one of their investment home properties in Denham Springs, LA. We persevered through a difficult contractual process with the buyers as it took over 2 months and 3 lenders to finally get this home sold and closed!

This process was further complicated as all of my sellers live out of state (and 1 was out of the country) and the buyer and their LLC were located out of state as well. Just on the seller side we had to coordinate a power of attorney/seller signing on the west coast, a seller signing on the east coast, 2 sellers signing in Texas and 3 mobile notaries - but we got it done!

This 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home is located in Plantation Park subdivision in Denham Springs, LA. It served as a rental property for my investor clients for a couple of years prior to selling.
