What a complete home transformation and renovation project completed by my client in 70806! This home was on a condemnation list for Baton Rouge and my client was able to rescue it and turn it into a showpiece. The house was located off of Greenwell Springs Road - not far away from Capitol Middle School in East Fairfields Subdivision.
My client - who is a licensed contractor - installed a new roof, all new flooring, all new stainless steel appliances, a new HVAC system, all new electrical and plumbing & built a carport!
He installed all new siding, completely painted the exterior, shored up the pier & beam foundation, installed all new fixtures and replaced the rear, exterior fence.
Additionally, he pulled permits & had permit office inspections for the electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems. As a result of his hard work and doing things the right way, we sold the home for a record sales price and sales price/square foot for the area!
