Grays Creek is a large subdivision centrally located in Denham Springs that has been developed by several builders over time. Grays Creek is accessed from Florida Blvd and is situated between Pete's Highway and Juban.
The front part of the subdivision was developed in/around 2010 and there were multiple builders involved in constructing the homes. The homes ranged in size from 1,500 - 2,500 square feet and were pretty generally mixed between single and 2 story homes. It was a quiet, popular subdivision with a great central location
In/around 2020, DSLD purchased a large tract of land attached to the rear of the existing subdivision to add-on to Grays Creek. They've subsequently built a bunch of new construction homes and have significantly enlarged the size of the subdivision
The home pictured above is a home that I listed and sold for my clients which was located in the front part of the subdivision. They were first time home buyers and lived in the house for about 3 years before relocating out of state.
