Florida Plaza Subdivision is located just south of Florida Blvd, bounded on the south by Government St and on the east by Lobdell. It contains a mixture of detached single family homes, some attached townhouse homes and several commercial buildings.
This is another subdivision that was developed in/around the early 1980's and is semi-unique in that it houses several different types of properties. It's central location, along with being located in 70806 has kept its appeal popular for individuals and businesses.
The property pictured above is one that I sold 2 times!. The initial purchase was for a client already located in the area that wanted to purchase the building to expand their business. The property was not for sale, but I tracked the owner down and asked if he would consider selling the property to us. We were able to strike a deal and get it purchased for my clients.
My clients ended up not re-developing the property and we were approached by an individual that was interested in purchasing the property to relocate their business into from a leased office suite that they were currently occupying. We were able to strike a deal there as well and get the building sold.
