Evangeline Trace Subdivision is a DSLD subdivision located in Denham Springs just south of I-12. The subdivision is accessed from Buddy Ellis and construction in Evangaline Trace began in 2016.


Evangeline Trace consists of homes generally targeted to a first time home buyer with sizes ranging from around 1500 - 1900 living square feet. Home values now generally range from $240,000 - $275,000.


The location allows for easy access to I-12 and the entire Juban Parc retail development which continues to expand. My clients purchased the home pictured above along with the house right next to it as a set of rental properties. We selected the lots, building plans and all the other available finish out options available to us. My clients determined that purchasing a brand new construction home would lead to reduced upkeep and ongoing maintenance costs during their ownership - and they were correct!
