Some great and surprising economic news just announced for Denham Springs & Livingston Parish - Target is coming to town!
Target has just purchased an outparcel at Juban Crossing in a deal that closed in late 2025. No official opening announcement has been made, but I'd expect the new store open in 2027. Juban Crossing is a large retail development located in Denham Springs just north of I-12 and accessed by Juban Road.
This development has grown over the years into quite a large and diverse retail environment featuring stores such as Academy, ULTA, Kohl's, Gap & Rouses. It is expected that additional retail stores will be developed in/around the new Target location, but nothing has been announced there either.
