Concord Estates Subdivision - Baton Rouge, LA 70808!
Concord Estates is a sprawling, large subdivision hidden away just east of College Dr in 70808! Concord Estates is bounded by I-10 to the north, College Dr to the west, Perkins Rd to the south and LSU's Burden Center to the east.
Most of the homes were built in the 1970's - 1980's and are at least 2,000 living sf and sit on pretty large lots. There are still many original owners that live in Concord Estates and their homes come up for sale occasionally but are usually in need of some serious updating.
As you drive through Concord Estates, you'll see that nearly every yard is well kept as are the houses. It's a quiet, secluded neighborhood that I feel is overlooked when people are out house hunting. It's location is super central and the home values are most definitely there as home values typically range between $350,000 - $450,000 (for an updated home). You are hard pressed to find those types of values in Central Baton Rouge these days!
