Collins Place Subdivision is a highly sought after subdivision located in Walker, LA - accessed directly off of LA HWY 447 (Walker Rd South)

This subdivision was substantially built out in the mid-2000's and was developed and designed around 2 interior lakes built by the developer. Most of the homes built were custom type homes with no one builder dominating the build out.

Most of the most sought after homes were built on the lakes though the homes around the perimeter of the subdivision most certainly held their value. The homes that were the absolute most prized in Collins Place were lake lot homes that had built a pool.

The home pictured above is a home that I listed and sold for my clients. I was their agent for the initial purchase of the home. During their ownership of the home, they added a pool which made it super attractive when we listed it for sale several years later.
