Cedarcrest Bend Subdivison is a 1980's era subdivision centrally located off of Coursey Blvd. The general area is bounded by I-12 to the north, Airline Hwy to the west and Coursey Blvd to the south and is located in 70816.

Cedarcrest Bend is composed of some smaller, single family homes, duplexes and a few fourplexes interspersed. The subdivision was built primarily in the early 1980's and still has a great location with easy access to I-12, Airline Hwy, Costco, Home Depot and everything all along Coursey Blvd.

The property pictured above was an investment property that my client's purchased. It is 1/2 of an attached townhome duplex with another owner owning the other side. My folks didn't really have any issues in getting/keeping tenants due to the good location and general upkeep of the property.
