Carriagewood Estates Subdivision - Baton Rouge 70817

Carriagewood Estates is a subdivision located in the city of St George in the SE corner of East Baton Rouge Parish. You access the subdivision via Hoo Shoo Too Rd and Elliott Rd off of Jefferson HWY.

This is a large subdivision that has evolved over time. The initial filings feature larger lots and larger homes. The later filings still feature larger homes, but the lots are much smaller (think more zero-lot line lots). In general sales prices for these homes range from ~$450,000 up to $1,000,000. It's a very sought after neighborhood and very walkable for its residents. You have easy access to Jefferson HWY, Highland Rd and I-10 as well as Tiger Bend Rd.

The picture above is a home that I sold. It was a new construction homes that my clients purchased after I sold their existing home. Great quality workmanship and provided much needed additional room for their family!
