Beauregard Town Subdivision is one of the most interesting subdivisions in all of Baton Rouge. Beauregard Town is located in downtown Baton Rouge and its roots run from the early 1800's.

The subdivision contains single family row-type homes, much larger mansion type homes, a casino and multiple business locations! The general boundaries are I-110 to the east, the Mississipp River to the west, North Blvd to the north and South Blvd to the south.

Beauregard Town is popular with people work downtown as they can walk to work. It is also very popular with small businesses whose business/customer base is downtown (lawyers, state/city government, etc) as they have purchased many older homes and converted them into small offices for their companies. Several of these converted homes allow the owners to live in part of the building and house their business in the other part!
