Settlement at Willow Grove is a large, multi-faceted residential & commercial development located between Perkins Rd & I-10 and just south of the Mall of Louisiana and Perkins Rowe.

Settlement at Willow Grove has been development over several years and in several phases. Initially, the subdivision had 1 street of high-end townhomes and then single family homes comprising the first build-out. And while the initial single family homes developed in Willow Grove were nicely sized, the subsequent filings that were developed held generally even larger and more luxurious homes.

All the homes in Willow Grove are typically considered zero lot line homes in that there is usually either no one or a very small backyard. You'll normally have a small side setback of about 5 feet and you may have an enclosed front courtyard or a small, open front yard. Single family homes in Willow Grove will typically sell/value for $800,000 - $3,000,000!

As the development continued to grow, a retail focused section was built at the very front of WIllow Grove fronting on Perkins Rd. This section contains retail establishments such as restaurants, a coffee shop and other types of retail. On top of the retail buildings, the developer built several residential condominium units and office spaces.

Settlement at Willow Grove has really become one of the most desired and luxurious developments in all of Baton Rouge.
